Respect for the environment
DLM daily strives:
1. To optimize the logistics for the sake of sustainability, by minimizing wasted trips and monitoring CO2 emissions.
2. To assess the efficiency of the means employed: by choosing low-polluting means, by disposing correctly of batteries, tyres and waste materials, and by recycling such elements as pallets, cartons and plastic components.
3. To incentivize its own employees to comply with the small yet important practical rules, such as: switching off IT tools and air conditioners in the evening and during weekends, carrying out the separate waste collection in the office, printing e-mails only when strictly necessary, spreading and encouraging the use of recycled paper.
